Rongo Mauri is a whānau-focused and led service. We are committed to helping rangatahi and whānau achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Our aim is to work in partnership with you, if you need support or to be able to access the right services and support that you may require. We are here to help, every step of the way. We are now providing services in Hawkes Bay and Manawatū.

Whānau Services

We offer a wide range of services to you and your whānau. Using cultural frameworks and practices, we can advocate for and walk alongside whānau, supporting them with mental health and addictions, health and well-being, and whānau aspirations.

Rangatahi - Youth Services

Ensuring Rangatahi have opportunities to succeed is important to the Rongo Mauri team. We offer a range of potential-focused support options for Rangatahi such as counselling and mentoring, re-engaging back into  schools and accessing meaningful  educational or employment pathways

Counselling In Schools

Rongo Mauri provides Counselling in Schools. We deliver programmes through Māori frameworks and approaches that support young people to navigate feelings and emotions and develop new coping skills.

Professional
Development

We support practitioners growth and development by providing professional development and cultural supervision to kaimahi and leaders. We aim to unlock cultural and creative potential to inspire systemic change ​with a vision of creating a positive impact for our communities, our rangatahi, and our whānau.

Kura Taiao 
Enviro Education

Our Kura Taiao programme focuses on connection and identity through our cultural narratives with a focus on growing a passion for protecting our ecosystems on Papatūānuku. We teach Rangatahi about food security, food sovereignty, and sustainability.
